- Direct representation: to import a shipment into the European Union, it must be declared to customs. Rotra can take care of this customs declaration for you. Rotra then acts as the direct representative for your company. An
authorization for direct representation has to be issued by you to Rotra. Then we will take care of all your customs formalities!
