Met hun nieuwe slogan 'Click, Ship & Smile' zet het bedrijf vol in op digitalisering, zonder daarbij het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezen. Hun geavanceerde track & trace-systeem stelt klanten in staat om hun zendingen realtime te volgen - zelfs tijdens de beruchte 'Ever Given' blokkade in het Suezkanaal was exact te zien waar containers zich bevonden. Maar Rotra's ambities reiken verder dan alleen digitale innovatie. Als zelfbenoemde 'Tesla onder de expediteurs' zet het bedrijf ook grote stappen op het gebied van duurzaamheid. Met een doel om volledig klimaatneutraal te opereren en alle CO2-uitstoot te compenseren, positioneert Rotra zich als voorloper in de sector.
